A great technique that is often used in defining goals is the practice of Visualization.

Knowing your “why” is important because it's what gives you the impetus to push forward.

When considering your goals, how can you clearly define if your goals are really sound?

You are now Clear on what you want, what is your "Why", and the R.U.M.B.A. principle.

Now that you have defined your goal, the next step is to take action on your goal.

Commitment requires focus and a clear and in depth understanding of your goal.

Preparation is the “highest form of believing” evidenced by preparing to achieve your goal.

Part of your commitment to your goal is to evaluate your plan on a regular basis.

The key here is to have a clear understanding of how much your time is really worth.

Make sure the plan is executed with integrity and honesty to anyone who may be involved.

In order to achieve any goal, you have to be able to be your own “boss” so-to-speak.

Procrastination is a chronic issue with many people who are pursuing a goal or a dream.

If you don’t know where you’re going, then you’ll probably end up somewhere else.

Developing a routine will help you to stay on track and measure your progress.
